My sister’s friend taught in Thailand and she visited. Ever since her favourite dish is Pad Thai and she makes it. It is delicious.

Pad Thai is easily my most favorite dish in the world. I have gone through stages where I will eat it 3 or 4 times a week! Hold the been spouts though…

This looks like so much delicious fun! (Except for the egg – that looks awful.) Why I didn’t take a cooking class in Thailand, I’ll never know.
